HOW WE WORK

Insider: Plans to production - the full Micel Flooring process.

In order for you to get to know us better, we put together a list of what we think are the most important steps to a renovation or construction process. Below are steps that we follow to ensure the best experience for you.

Step 1 - Needs Analysis

Once you have contacted us about working together on your project, we'll have a site visit to better understand the scope of the work. During this meeting, we can get to know each other and get an idea of your design needs. This includes a clear understanding of the scope of work, the material, and the finishings you would like.

Step 2 - Proposal

After we know what work and material is involved in the project, we can put together a proposal for you. Based on our needs analysis, we will build a pricing package for your project that we will send to you. A deposit must be placed before we can move on to the next step.

Step 3 - Scheduling

Your project will be scheduled at the earliest time available or later if you prefer. A clear timetable will be given for the work to be completed. Any material that needs to be delivered or ordered will be taken care of at this time and will be arranged to be on site for the project start date.

Step 4 - Production

If you are having any material custom made by us (ex. stair treads, handrail, posts, etc) production will begin in our shop. You may be contacted by our carpenter about design choices or unexpected challenges that come up along the way to ensure you are getting exactly the product you want.

Step 5 - Installation

You will receive a call 1-2 days before the start date of the project to confirm arrival time of our crew and site readiness.

Step 6 - Completion

Finally, we will have a site visit with you to review the work. The final portion of the pricing package will be paid. We will follow up with you 3-6 weeks after your project was completed to ensure your satisfaction and address any questions you may have about aftercare or otherwise.
